What is your return, exchange, or refund policy?
At Ruah Flags Creations, items are made upon order. Fabric along with rods are cut and worked on to completion therefore we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of an order being placed. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.
How long does shipping take, and how much does it cost?
Turnaround time can take between 2-5 weeks.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Please double check shipping address is correct before placing an order, Ruah Flags Creations is not responsible if incorrect address was provided when placing an order and delivered to the wrong address. If an order is returned due to insufficient address, you will be held responsible to pay the re-shipping costs.

At this time, we do not offer custom designs. However, we are always expanding our collection with new and inspiring creations.
